There are a lot of misconceptions and myths that surround the pelvic floor. When consuming information online it is easy to see that a lot of people are saying the same things:
Do your Kegels.
Kegels are bad.
Don't stop your stream because you can get a UTI.
Stopping the stream is a good sign that your Pelvic Floor is strong
If Kegels are good then vaginal weights are even better!
Tighten your core and pelvic floor when exercising.
