Another question that gets asked often is "Why do I leak when I am on my period?"

 

The reason might be suprise you, but that does not change that leakage of any kind, for any reason is not acceptable.

 

You would not accept that your leg gives out when you are on your period would you?

The answer is NO, but sometimes we like to give our pelvic floor excuses or reasons why it may not be helping us (like keeping us dry and not leaking-- ever!). We need to start expecting the pelvic floor to be strong and show up for us in ALL occasions!
