It looks different for each client depending on their goals, but this episode is worth a listen if you are curious what Coaching & Training could look like for you! In this episode, Pauli lets you in to listen to a coaching session with a client. This was the first coaching call (after her Your Pelvic Floor's Next Step Call) getting her set up for the month. She will have subsequent followups, questions answered, her form and technique of exercises corrected.
